Director
Jeffrey Walters, Psy.D.
I am very pleased to say that here at PCA, we have a welcoming and dedicated administrative team. They all work very hard to match you to the appropriate therapist and to ensure your questions are answered in a timely manner. Our staff understands that it can be very difficult to make the first call to get help, so they take great care to make sure each call is a warm and positive experience.
Office Manager
Christine DiGiosia
Christine received her associate’s degree in business administration and accounting management from Pennsylvania Business Institute in 1990. She has worked in various types of office settings for the past 30 years and has done everything from providing all-around office support as an administrative assistant and risk management analyst to obtaining her real estate license and working in conjunction with a builder selling houses and doing their bookkeeping. In all of her work, she has found great satisfaction in helping clients in whatever ways she could.
Christine was a billing specialist here at PCA for 13 years before accepting the position of office manager in August of 2019. The office manager role seemed like the perfect marriage of her knowledge of our practice combined with her years of experience and her love of helping clients.
Christine’s goal is to make sure that any contact with PCA’s experienced and caring administrative staff is supportive and friendly. She and the amazing staff are here to answer your questions and to guide you in the right direction to find the help you need.
Please feel free to contact Christine if she can be of further assistance to you.
