Psychology and Counseling Associates is excited to announce that we have a new Electronic Health Record system called Valant. We believe that this system will make our practice more efficient and ultimately help us to provide better care. The portal will enable you to quickly and securely manage all your health information. There are several advantages to setting up a portal account with us:
- Ability to see upcoming appointments
- Ability to click on forms that your therapist needs to focus their treatment goals. Forms will automatically be sent to your therapist.
- Ability to sign and send questionnaires and consents electronically
- Allows you to submit changes to demographic or insurance information without having to call the office
- Ability to pay your bill securely and easily
- Can choose to store your credit card securely so you don’t have to deal with making payments at every visit (more information to follow)
- Ability to send secure messages to your therapist (if your therapist chooses this feature)
- See your statements
