Dr. O’Planick received her degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from La Salle University in 2015. She has worked with individuals with eating and weight disorders for over 10 years and continues to work with adolescents and young adults experiencing emotional disorders. Dr. O’Planick works with a wide variety of issues and specializes in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-integrated approaches. With a sub-specialty in health psychology she is also interested in integrated health care, helping individuals cope with new medical diagnoses, and behavioral change in the management of chronic conditions. Dr. O’Planick works with individuals (ages 14 and up), couples, families, and groups.
