Cayce (she/her) completed her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Villanova University in 2015 and obtained her Pennsylvania license in 2018. She primarily works with adults and older adolescents on an individual basis, offering supportive family and couples’ sessions to augment individual therapy. Cayce’s clinical areas of interest are anxiety, adult focus and executive function challenges, history of trauma, life transitions, young adult identity development, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and spiritual/religious identity formation. She practices eclectically, drawing mostly from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Existential Therapy. Cayce is an LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician who is committed to providing dignity-centric, culturally competent services.
