How to minimize stress and the negative effects it can have on your physical and emotional health.

Everyone has stressful times, but do you feel like for you it’s never-ending? This workshop can help! First we’ll talk about the basics: what stress does to your body; how to recognize it when it’s happening; and some of the common underlying causes of stress. Then we’ll get into some of the things that research has found to help people decrease stress and increase their sense of calmness, such as improving your perspective, increasing organizational and time management skills, taking care of your body, and learning some basic relaxation techniques.
